If your hair is thinning, breaking, dull, or shedding more than usual, your body could be missing important nutrients. For the longest time, I thought my hair problems were caused by heat styling or bad products, but after learning more about hair health, I realized my hair simply wasn’t getting the bvitamins it needed to grow strong and healthy.

My scalp was oily after just two days, my ends looked dry and crunchy, and every time I brushed my hair, clumps would fall out. Growing long healthy hair felt impossible.

The Hair Vitamins I Was Taking Separately

At first, I started taking different supplements one by one every single morning. I was using:

  • Biotin for stronger hair, skin, and nails

  • Zinc to help with flaky scalp and shedding

  • Vitamin A for scalp and skin support

  • Vitamin E for antioxidant protection and healthier-looking hair

  • Vitamin C to support collagen production and overall hair health

  • Inositol for cellular health

Here are the exact supplements I was taking:

Biotin

Nature's Bounty Biotin Hair Skin and Nails Vitamins 10,000 mcg

Honestly, the results were amazing. My hair felt stronger, smoother, and healthier within a few months.

Zinc

Nature’s Bounty Zinc 50mg, Immune Support & Antioxidant Supplement

Vitamin A

NOW Supplements, Vitamin A 10,000 IU, Eye Health, 100 Softgels

Vitamin E

NOW Foods Supplements, Vitamin E-1,000 IU Mixed Tocopherols, Antioxidant Protection, 100 Softgels

Vitamin C

NOW Foods Supplements, Vitamin C-1,000 with 100 mg of Bioflavonoids, 100 Veg Capsules

Inositol

NOW Supplements, Inositol 500 mg, Healthy Membrane Function, 100 Veg Capsules

But there was one huge problem.

Taking So Many Capsules Every Day Was Exhausting

Every morning felt like a full vitamin routine. I was swallowing giant capsules one after another, and it became expensive trying to keep up with every separate supplement.

That’s when I started looking for a simpler option that combined everything in one formula.

The Hair Gummies I Switched To

Eventually I found:

Rosabella Hair Growth Gummies for Women & Men – Vegan Hair Gummies with 5000mcg Biotin

These gummies contain:

  • Vitamins A through E

  • Zinc

  • Inositol

  • Iodine

  • 5,000 mcg of biotin

Instead of taking multiple capsules every morning, I just take two gummies a day.

My Results After Switching

The biggest thing I noticed was how soft and healthy my hair started feeling.

  • My scalp stays fresh longer

  • I can go almost four days without washing my hair

  • My ends no longer feel crunchy or dead

  • My hair looks shinier and smoother

  • Shedding dramatically decreased

  • My hair growth became noticeably faster

Two years ago, my hair would never have been healthy enough for styles like sleek ponytails or long loose waves because it was constantly breaking and falling out.

Now my hair feels fuller, healthier, and much easier to manage.

Why Nutrients Matter for Hair Growth

Healthy hair growth starts from within. While good haircare products help protect your hair externally, vitamins and minerals support:

  • Hair strength

  • Growth cycle support

  • Scalp health

  • Reduced breakage

  • Shinier appearance

Some of the most popular ingredients in hair supplements include biotin, zinc, vitamins A, C, and E because they support the health of both the scalp and hair follicles.

Final Thoughts

If your hair feels dull, weak, thin, or constantly sheds, it may be worth looking into your nutrition and vitamin intake. Simplifying my routine from multiple capsules to one gummy supplement made staying consistent so much easier.

And honestly, consistency is what made the biggest difference for me.

If you’re currently trying to grow out damaged hair, repair breakage, or improve overall hair health, a well-rounded hair vitamin routine may help support healthier-looking results over time.
